A project that involved installing an AI chatbot within malls and tourism hotspots to help clients with user engagement as well as streamline tasks like aiding users to desired locations or answer sought-out information.

WHAT NEEDS TO IMPROVE
The main priority is to boost engagement with users in digital kiosks with questions that can be answered quickly, accurately, able to view images, links, and directions quickly, and in multiple languages; thus, freeing up time for other workers to focus on other priorities.
WHERE DO WE START?
Not much models are available or a pillar of a exemplary kiosk- nothing is readily available for competitive and comparative research.
